Rolando Chang Barrero is an American painter, curator, gallerist, filmmaker, overall performance artist, activist and arts advocate. Born in Coconut Grove, Florida and at present resides in West Palm Seaside, Florida. Barrero gained his BFA from the University of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) in 1990.
